You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (username, password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

4. Service Plans and Payment

1. Subscription: Our services are offered under various subscription plans with different features and pricing, as described on our pricing page.
2. Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan under the applicable payment terms. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our money-back guarantee policy.
3. Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for certain service plans. If you're not satisfied within this period, please contact our support team to process a refund. (Subject to your plan's policy)
4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice to existing customers.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or prohibited purposes under these Terms. Specifically, you must not use AdTrackArmor to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party policy (including advertising platform policies like Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Promote, facilitate, or engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Display content that infringes upon others' intellectual property rights.
• Transmit viruses, worms, or other harmful code.
• Disrupt or interfere with the integrity or performance of our Services or third-party data.
• Engage in activities that may harm the reputation of AdTrackArmor.

Special Notice on Cloaking: You understand that using cloaking features may violate the policies of third-party ad platforms. AdTrackArmor provides technical tools, but you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services, including cloaking features, complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies. We are not responsible for ad account suspensions or any other consequences arising from misuse of our Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and all compilations thereof, are the property of AdTrackArmor or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdTrackArmor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of our Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdTrackArmor from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in courts located in Indonesia.
